By purchasing or using Website Generator ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on up to the number of devices specified by your license tier (typically 2 devices). This license is for personal or internal business use only.
Your license allows activation on a limited number of devices. You may deactivate a device from your portal at any time to free up a slot. Abuse of the device activation system may result in license revocation.
Your license includes lifetime access to software updates. We reserve the right to modify features, but will not remove core functionality from existing versions.
The Software, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Andrew Lee Jenkins LLC. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred.
You retain full ownership of all websites and content you generate using the Software. We claim no rights over your output.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
